Faith No More no solo se están preparando para lanzar su primer álbum en 18 años, Sol Invictus (el que podrás escuchar acá), sino que también están listo para mirar hacia atrás a través de su clásico catálogo. Los héroes del rock han anunciado un par de reediciones de lujo para dos álbumes emblemáticos: The Real Thing de 1989 y Angel Dust de 1992.
Cada reedición será lanzado como doble CD y doble LP. Los CDs que saldrán el 09 de junio, contará con un disco extra de lados B, rarezas y grabaciones en vivo. Los discos, que se espera en algún momento de agosto, incluirá gran parte del mismo material extra, pero emparejado para el formato.
El disco extra de The Real Thing, el primer álbum con el cantante Mike Patton, contará con remixes de «Epic» y «Falling to Pieces«, así como una versión en vivo de Black Sabbath al tema «War Pigs«. Angel Dust, el último registro realizado con el guitarrista Jim Martin, vendrá empaquetado con una nueva mezcla de «Midlife Crisis» producido por Mike Wallace, además de covers de Dead Kennedys con «Let’s Lynch The Landlord» y de TheCommodores con «Easy«.
Recuerden que la banda llegará a Sudamérica para una nueva edición de Rock In Rio Brasil, y se especula que su presentación en Chile sería una realidad. A continuación te dejamos el tracklist de las próximas reediciones de ambos discos.
