Algiers está listo para regresar con un nuevo álbum: Shook saldrá el 24 de febrero a través de Matador. Junto con el anuncio, el cuarteto de Atlanta ha presentado una nueva canción llamada «Irreversible Damage«, con el líder de la banda de Rage Against the Machine, Zack de la Rocha. Además de Zack de la Rocha, Shook incluye colaboraciones con Big Rube (Dungeon Family), Samuel T. Herring (Future Islands), Jae Matthews (Boy Harsher), DeForrest Brown, Jr. (Speaker Music), Mark Cisneros (Hammered Hulls), y más. El disco también presenta la reciente colaboración con Billy Woods y Backxwash, “Bite Back”.
