Disturbed cambió el estilo hard rock por allá en el 2000 cuando lanzaron su álbum debut, The Sickness. El LP obtuvo varios éxitos importantes de radio de rock, incluyendo «Down with the Sickness» y «Stupify«, y vendió más de 5 millones de copias solo en los Estados Unidos.
En honor al vigésimo aniversario del álbum, David Draiman y los muchachos de Disturbed se embarcarán en «The Sickness 20th Anniversary Tour«. Disturbed no interpretará el álbum completo en los shows, pero tocarán canciones selectas de él, así como otras pistas populares de su discografía general. Staind y Bad Wolves brindarán apoyo para la gira.
