Guided by Voices vuelve con un nuevo disco para este año. El álbum número 34(!) de los prolíficos rockeros se llama It’s Not Them. It Couldn’t Be Them. It Is Them!, y llega este viernes 22 de octubre.
Este es el segundo álbum del año de Robert Pollard y compañía, después de Earth Man Blues de abril . El esfuerzo de 15 pistas fue escrito por Pollard con la producción de Travis Harrison. Incluye los sencillos «My (Limited) Engagement«, «High in the Rain» y «Dance of Gurus«, y puedes escuchar las tres pistas junto con la carátula del álbum y la lista de canciones a continuación. Los pedidos anticipados están en curso.
A principios de este año, Pollard formó el nuevo grupo Cub Scout Bowling Pins, que lanzó su EP debut Heaven Beats Iowa en enero. En 2020, Guided by Voices dio a conocer tres discos más, Styles We Paid For, Surrender Your Poppy Field, y Mirrored Aztec.
