Los nominados para los Premios 2015 de la Academia han sido revelados. Ahora en su versión 87o, el premio anual honra logros cinematográficos en la industria del cine. La gala de este año está programada para 22 de febrero del 2015 en el Teatro Dolby en Hollywood, California, y será conducido por Neil Patrick Harris.
Los nominados a Mejor Película incluyen American Sniper, Birdman, Boyhood, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Imitation Game, Selma, The Theory of Everything, y Whiplash. Boyhood ganó el Globo de Oro a Mejor Drama, mientras que The Grand Budapest Hotel ganó como Mejor Musical o Comedia .
Nominadas a Mejor Actor incluyen a Steve Carell (Foxcatcher), Bradley Cooper (American Sniper), Benedict Cumberbatch (The Imitation Game), Michael Keaton (Birdman), y Eddie Redmayne (The Theory of Everything). En los Globos de Oro, Keaton ganó como Mejor Actor en un Musical o Comedia, mientras Redmayne ganó el premio en la categoría de drama.
