En septiembre pasado, los hermanos Coen y T-Bone Burnett organizaron un concierto benéfico plagado de estrellas en el Town Hall de Nueva York con motivo del lanzamiento de su película, Inside Llewyn Davis. Los gustos de Jack White, Elvis Costello, Marcus Mumford, The Avett Brothers, y muchos más artistas aparecieron, realizando una mezcla de su propia música, canciones que inspiraron la película, y selecciones de la banda sonora producida por Burnett.
El 13 de enero, el sello Nonesuch conmemorarán el espectáculo de una noche con un nuevo álbum en vivo bajo el título: Another Day, Another Time: Celebrating the Music of “Inside Llewyn Davis”. El lanzamiento de dos discos también cuenta con las actuaciones de Conor Oberst, Colin Meloy de The Decemberists, Joan Baez, Gillian Welch, Lake Street Dive, Rhiannon Giddens, Willie Watson, The David Rawlings Machine, Punch Brothers, y Secret Sisters. Los miembros del elenco de la película también hacen apariciones, incluyendo estrellas como Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, y Carey Mulligan. Las primeras 200 personas que pre-ordenar el álbum también recibirá un póster de edición limitada.
La recaudación del concierto se beneficiará a la Fundación Nacional de Preservación de grabación, una organización benéfica que tiene como objetivo preservar los archivos de música y radio.
